Panama City Beach Florida. Greenwood Acres is the first Retirement Community formed in

Panama City Beach beginning around 1988.

We are conveniently located on the East end of Panama City Beach, close to major attractions, restaurants and entertainment as well as the

"Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches".

We pride ourselves for living where the residents
